Illegal Chinese pens, also called "magic pens" caused the U.A.E Central Bank to issue a warning last week. These pens use vanishing ink that could be used in forging documents. The ink disappears within an hour to 4 after signing. Banks were advised to only use their pens. No cases have been reported so far.
